Vans Old Skool by HUF

HUF gives us a first look into their latest project alongside Vans. Taking on the classic Old Skool, the San Francisco-based retailer/brand works up three two-tone colorways, all constructed of canvas with grain leather heelcups. Other details include a siped outsole, custom printed triangle pattern on the midsoles, and custom woven labels/embroidery throughout. Black, Navy, and Cardinal Red options will be available exclusively through HUF San Francisco and HUF Los Angeles next Saturday, October 17th, 2009. Retail will be set at a reasonable $85 USD.

ADAM "DJ AM" GOLDSTEIN.

DJ AM, also know as Adam Goldstein,
was found deceased at around 5:20 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2009 in his apartment,
which had drug paraphernalia in it, a law enforcement official said.
He died nearly a year after surviving a South Carolina plane crash that killed four people.

Adam Goldstein will be greatly missed.
